Managing the Biogiene Flow

Staff Guide for Light, Daily Upkeep

Biogiene systems are designed for quick, efficient daily maintenance. Follow the steps below during routine restroom servicing.

During Each Scheduled Cleaning Cycle (Every 2-3 Days)​

Total Time Per Unit: Approximately 4–5 Minutes

1. Surface Wipe-Down (1–2 minutes)

  • Use approved non-abrasive disinfectant wipes or spray

  • Wipe exterior lid, seat, control panel, and base

  • Avoid excessive liquid near electronic control areas

  • Dry surfaces with microfiber cloth to prevent residue

​

2. Nozzle Sanitation Check (1 minute)

  • Activate automatic nozzle self-clean function (if equipped)• Visually inspect for debris or buildup

  • If needed, gently wipe nozzle area using soft cloth

  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive tools​

​

3. Functionality Check (1 minute)

  • Confirm seat opens/closes properly

  • Check water spray activation• Ensure indicator lights display normal status

  • Verify temperature and wash settings respond correctly

​

4. Area Reset & Presentation (1 minute)

  • Restock nearby supplies (if applicable)

  • Ensure surrounding floor area is dry

  • Confirm unit is clean, aligned, and visually presentable

A clean and polished appearance directly supports guest perception of overall venue quality.

 

End-of-Day Quick Review

  • Run full self-clean cycle

  • Refer to troubleshooting basics if there is any unusual noise, flashing lights, or irregular function

Avoid

  • Do not use bleach-based or abrasive cleaners

  • Do not spray liquid directly into control panels• Do not attempt internal mechanical adjustments
